Lemorau is showcasing its latest advancements in smart production technology, including the newly improved SMART-L PREMIUM. This new product is now equipped with the company’s next-generation software.

Lemorau’s unified platform—developed in-house—has been integrated across all of Lemorau’s flexo printing, diecutting, embellishment, and finishing machines.

Designed with productivity in mind, the enhanced software enables automatic initial positioning of tools, fast register setup, and barcode scanning for tool recognition. This drastically reduces setup times and material waste. For flexo printing and diecutting, where speed and precision are critical, this new system represents a leap forward in efficiency and user experience.

Also on display is the upgraded ICR4 Inspection Slitter Rewinder, now featuring enhanced precision equipment and automatic slitting knife positioning. Lemorau has rounded out its showcase with its range of auxiliary equipment, including core cutters and roll lifters—solutions designed to streamline every step of the label production process.
